Main responsibilities:
Installing and configuring new computer hardware, software, operating systems
(Linux and Windows), networks, printers and scanners;
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks already in use;
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
Understanding of basic network protocols (HTTP, DNS, FTP, SSH, SMTP, IMAP,
Knowledge of Linux systems and work in the terminal (monitoring of resources and
processes, permissions, editors, basic settings, iptables …);

Skills and traits we are looking for:
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Previous experience is not necessary, but will be considered a plus
Proactive approach and willingness to learn and improve
