Main responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for all aspects of design for OSM projects
- Working on a range of design pieces and projects, from social media posts to packaging design and full-scale branding projects
- Create digital assets like banners, landing pages and other relevant online touch-points
- Create highly responsive designs for mobile, desktop and tablet
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet the market needs
Skills and traits we are looking for:
- Confidence in using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (huge bonus for: After Effects, Elementor, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Ability to work on projects from ideation to launch, and to further develop corporate design (in-house)
- Ability to work on projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven and agile environment
- Ability to pitch ideas to clients and implement their requirements into the design
- A keen eye for typography, aesthetics and attention to details
- Ability to set up accurate time-estimates and to determine design phases
- Ability to set up goals and work on them independently
About you:
- 3-4+ years professional experience
- You are experienced in developing brands from scratch, and creating brand guidelines
- You have broad awareness of branding, design and technology trends
- You have a portfolio that shows a strong ability to translate a brand identity into a diverse array of creative digital marketing materials
- You have a very good understanding of corporate design strategies, strategic branding, and solid knowledge of print production
