UN PEU PLUS SUR NOUS

Comment se fait-il que nous soyons si géniaux? Et pourquoi nous appelons-nous une meute?

À première vue, prétendre être génial peut sembler un peu prétentieux. Le fait est que notre objectif est non seulement de permettre à nos employés d’être productifs, mais aussi d’être inspirés par le fait qu’ils font partie de l’équipe géniale. Nous nous efforçons d’être une équipe de personnes qui maximisent le succès global de l’entreprise en se concentrant sur l’atteinte des objectifs personnels et sur l’amélioration des résultats individuels tout en ayant assez de liberté et de plaisir! Nous ne voulons pas que nos employés fassent des heures supplémentaire ou qu`ils passent leur temps libre dans les bureaux. Nous voulons que nos collègues aient suffisamment de temps à passer avec leur famille et leurs amis. Ce qui signifie que nous n’investissons pas dans des choses comme la salle de jeux. On s’amuse à notre manière pendant les heures de travail 😁.

At OSM, we believe that happy employees produce awesome results. That’s why we want to make sure that every employee is welcomed with a collaborative and supportive environment. Mentoring, guidance and a friendly atmosphere is something that is considered a OSM-must.

Yes, we are an agency that works for clients, but we are very strict when it comes to employee satisfaction. And that’s why our team is that OSM!

We don’t want our employees to work overtime. We want them to focus on delivering top-notch results during regular business hours. We don’t want them to spend their free time in an office game room. We want them to spend their free time with friends & family. That is also the reason why we do not have tendencies to invest in equipment for extracurricular activities that are not meant to happen in the office and are not in correlation with the quality of their work environment.

Ce que nous aimons faire, c’est investir dans notre équipe et leur environnement de travail. Ceci est étroitement lié au niveau de satisfaction qu’ils ont dans leur travail. Nous voulons que notre équipe soit heureuse là où elle est, en faisant ce qu’elle fait. Nous pensons qu’il est de notre responsabilité d’y parvenir.

Des résultats géniaux proviennent de bureaux géniaux. Nous mettons beaucoup d’efforts pour rendre notre espace de travail beau et confortable. Notre équipe travaille avec du matériel informatique de haute qualité et dispose de gadgets sympas. L’air des bureaux est purifié (… on pratiquait ça même avant la pandémie !), on a beaucoup de plantes et on s’en tient vraiment à ce mode de vie sain. Mais le plus important pour nous est que les employés se sentent à l’aise au travail et qu`ils profitent de chaque minute qu’ils passent au bureau… et nous savons comment les minutes peuvent être longues.

We encourage our employees to have control regarding where, when, and how they work. Yes, there are certain meetings that can’t be rescheduled, and that’s why we invest in technology for remote-friendly meetings and work.

Health insurance

OSM employees have access to public and private insurance that covers annual health costs in private health clinics. There are no compromises when it comes to health so our offices have modern air purifiers, bowls that are daily filled with fresh fruit. Even our coffee is organic!

Equipment & offices

We want all of our employees to have all necessary tools and equipment they need to deliver awesome results. OSM offices are not only well equipped, but also modern, interesting (…is it too much to say that our offices are OSM? 🙂 ) and located in the heart of Belgrade.

Education & improvement

We want our employees to be even more OSM. Every employee can get proper education, or learning materials that will help him to develop professionally. OSM supports learning and personal & professional development and growth.
